When do points expire?
Points expire if there has been no earn activity for 12 months. We'll send you reminder emails before your points expire.
How do I advance to the next tier?
Tiers are based on your points earned within a rolling 12 month period. Once you have earned enough points for the next tier, you will be automatically upgraded.
Can I redeem points for cash?
Points can be redeemed for store credit, discounts on purchases, or exclusive member rewards. They cannot be exchanged for cash.
Do I keep my tier status forever?
Tier status is reviewed annually.
